Shipping & Returns

At Milo & Muse, each piece is lovingly crafted to turn your pet into a timeless art piece. Because everything is custom-made just for you, here’s how shipping and returns work.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100.
For orders under $100, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies.

Average delivery time: 4–6 business days from dispatch (depending on destination and season)

Holiday season: Please allow up to 7–10 business days during peak times like Christmas or Black Friday.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Production Time
Each custom portrait is created with care by our in-house artists. Production time typically takes 3–4 business days before your order ships.

You’ll receive updates at each step — from artwork creation to final delivery.

Important Info
You can update your shipping address within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that, changes are not guaranteed.

We offer an optional "Priority Artwork" upgrade — your pet goes to the top of the artist queue. Note: this does not speed up courier shipping.

We currently do not ship to military (APO/FPO) addresses.

All products are shipped with tracking, and you will receive an email notification once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds
Because each item is 100% custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • Your product was damaged during transit
  • You received the wrong item, size, or pet image

If this applies, please contact us at info@miloandmuse.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or edited within 30 minutes of purchase.
After that time, your artwork may already be in progress.

We do our best to accommodate cancellation requests after this window, but they are not guaranteed.

Photo Quality Policy
Your final artwork is based on the photo you upload. For best results:

  • Upload a high-resolution, well-lit photo of your pet
  • Avoid blurry, dark, or cropped images
  • Follow our Photo Guidelines

Please note:
We cannot edit pet expressions, change poses, or add details not in the original image.
Minor edits like red-eye removal or background cleanup are possible — include these requests in your notes.

Promotions & Discounts
Only one promo code per order.
Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be applied retroactively.
Discount is applied to your cart total before tax and after discounts.
